Withdrawal Instructions & Model Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal also expires where the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has

  1. expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  2. confirmed their awareness that, by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract, and
  3. the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation pursuant to § 312f BGB.

This confirmation is given during the payment process by expressly clicking the corresponding checkbox. Performance is deemed to have begun upon commencement of the first recipe conversion or immediately after conclusion of the Plus subscription; the right of withdrawal thereby expires pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB.

Model Withdrawal Form

(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it back.)
